What is Red Carpet Runway ®?
The Red Carpet Runway ® is America’s premium brand of Red Carpet + Custom Backdrop.

For the first time, individuals, groups, cities and businesses can give their event a customized Red Carpet - at a low cost - virtually overnight!

Our signature product is a patented, easy to use, all-in-one custom designed backdrop & red carpet package that anyone can create, design and order online. If you are having a larger event, we can design any size backdrop + carpet option for your event.

What makes Red Carpet Runway different from other companies?
Red Carpet Runway only makes Custom Backdrops + Red Carpets. It is what we do best – it what we do for a living. Red Carpet Runway designs logos for our clients if they don’t have any. Red Carpet Runway works every day to make the Red Carpet Experience better for our clients. We were born in Hollywood, and operate three offices nationwide. Unlike other companies that have been around 10+ years, and have all-of-a-sudden decided to launch red carpet backdrop printing for anything they can make money on – we do the exact opposite.

How long will it take to get our Red Carpet Runway? 24hrs?
The longest part of the process is typically the art approval process. Once the art is approved – it takes a day to print. Shipping to you depends on your final zip code.

How long does it take to set-up the Red Carpet Runway?
Total setup time is 5 to 10 minutes. All you will need is a large, flat wall or glass area in mind to hang the backdrop and rollout your red carpet, or you can purchase a stand and set-up your Red Carpet anywhere. It is as easy as 1-2-3.

What type of Red Carpet is included?
The red carpet is fully bound piece of red carpet. The carpet is the identical carpet fabric that is used by the "Most Famous Award Show in the World" - among many other Hollywood Awards Shows! Or you can select from 12 other colors to match your event theme.

What is the backdrop material?
The backdrop material is a professional-quality vinyl substrate. In other words, while most backdrops you see online - give you either Gloss or Matte - we ship with a material that is in the middle - a "silk style" vinyl. The backdrop is not actually made of silk, it is just a term used for this particular high quality style of backdrop.

What do I need to hang up the Backdrop?
Everything you need to hang your backdrop for either indoor or outdoor is included in the Red Carpet Runway package. For both indoor and outdoor hanging, you will need a flat surface or hanging area to set-up. Glass, wallpaper, marble, walls - typically work best for hanging.

How can I design my own backdrop? Or design my own logos?
Once you purchase a Red Carpet Runway, our team of graphics designers can work with you to design your own custom backdrop and any logos for your event. Or if you already have a logo, just email it to us and we'll take care of the rest!

Can the Red Carpet Runway be hung both indoors & outdoors? Yes.


How can I re-order backdrops?
Backdrop reordering is simple, just give us a call at 1-888-RUNWAY-9 with your prior order number and our staff will run you through the discounted backdrop reorder program - so your upcoming event can be special - just like your last!

Can the Red Carpet Runway be reused, and re-hung?
Absolutely. The Red Carpet Runway comes with both glass and 3M designed hanging supports. Assuming the event theme doesn't change, the Red Carpet Runway Banner can be re-hung, over and over! If your event theme does change - you can reorder just a new backdrop.

How much is shipping?
Standard UPS Ground shipping costs between $50 - $85 depending on final package dimensionsal weight and delivery address.

Is the Red Carpet Runway a union-approved printer?
All of the customized printing for your Red Carpet Runway is CWA Union Approved Printing. We work with government agencies, city municipalities and other union required printing facility or job.

What is the return policy?
Red Carpet Runway strives to provide the best possible products and services to its customers. But because each order that we create is customized just for you - and therefor is a special order -  we unfortunately cannot accept any returns on the merchandise. This means that once you make a purchase from us, the order is yours. 

Some other things that should be noted when you are ordering.

* We ship UPS for delivery. Once UPS has the package all tracking can be done through UPS, as you will have the necessary tracking information
* Excessive or abnormal use of any of our products may cause damage to them, and thus alter their appearance or affect their look when displayed. This includes the Carpet, The Backdrop and The Stands. Please be conscious of that when locating an area to set-up your Red Carpet Runway. 
* All of our items are inspected for quality once they leave our facility en route to the client. 
* If an item arrived to you either damaged or defective, the complaint should be filed with UPS as their handling of the materials may have an adverse affect on the exact delivery to each location
* All return policies are to be made through info@redcarpetrunway.com, where a specific response will be made back to you from our corporate office, based on the return policy points listed here, regarding your situation.
